Welcome to theswiftengineer.com! My name is Mitch Lang, I am a software engineer that loves the Swift programming language. I plan to use this site to explore topics related to Swift and software engineering as I progress through my career. I hope to one day compile these topics into a broad scope reference book for other Swift developers. I hope that someone finds it useful.

This site is built using Swift! All the content on this website is written using DocC and rendered into static html using a custom library I developed in Swift (I plan to publish this soon). I’ve included a copy of TSPL here, as it is published under an open source license and has been an excellent way for me to test out my rendering library. Since the library I've created generates static html, this makes it possible to index and search all of the content here. The built-in DocC renderer generates a Vue site and does not provide search functionality.
